Custom Extrusions

Allwest's Engineering Division employs the most state-of-the-art CAD programs to ensure total integrity of your design.Twenty-three years ago this year ALLWEST Plastics started as a custom extrusion house.  Custom work was our foundation then, and it remains a main part of our business still.  We are known throughout the US and across the globe as specialists in precision custom extrusions.   We serve clients in places as far away as Japan, New Zealand, and Germany, as well as Mexico and Canada.  Many of our international and domestic clients have become long-term partners with ALLWEST as together we meet the individualized needs of industries in all fields.

To facilitate a quick response time, please include the following with your request:

  • A technical drawing (or sketch, if drawing not available).   Whenever possible, send a CAD file (.dwg or .dxf format) attached to an email.
  • Material description.  Specify type and grade, if known.  Include impact resistance, chemical stability, gassing, flamability, or other requirements for your application.
  • Color
  • Part length (specify units of measure: ft., in., cm., etc.)
  • Quantity required (specify units of measure: pcs., ft., in., etc.)
